• doors & windows, per plans;
• 29 gauge metal siding & trims;
• 29 gauge metal roofing & trims;
• 5" seamless guttering.

The price does not include:

• excavation, site work, or final grading;
• utilities ran to house;
• any mechanical systems;
• any interior finishes;
• stamped plans;
• building permits;
• removal of wood scraps from building site.
